We've added tons of new information to our events page. We're very happy with the events and panels that we have planned, and we think you'll be just as excited as us! Check it out! Also, we've added our Action Room waiver! If you're under 18 and want to participate in the Action Room, you'll definitely want to print one off, have your parent sign it, and bring it to the con. We do our best to keep the action room safe, but if you plan on challenging Aussie or Jeff in a boffer fight, wouldn't you want to be safe? Your last chance to register for Daisho Con 2011 is nearing the end! Make sure to pre-register before the clock hits midnight tonight! If you're submitting an AMV for the AMV Contest, make sure to get that in before tomorrow as well! Vendors come from all around the midwest to bring you your favorite obscure otaku items. From ramune to fox-eared hats, the Daisho Con vendors are sure to find you what you're looking for (and plenty of stuff you didn't know you wanted!). Since our last updates, Daisho Con has gotten a huge surge in interest and traffic. In just the past few days, registrations on our website have come in faster than ever before seen in our history! Simply put, you're as excited for Daisho Con 2011 as we are, and we want to help as many people come to our con as possible! That's why we're extending pre-registration until November 11th. We're giving everyone an extra week to get in their pre-registrations for our extremely-cheap $15 rate! We want this Daisho Con to be the best yet, and you can make that possible. Register, if you haven't, and invite your friends! A&V Otaku is a new anime, manga, and otherwise-otaku-oriented shop starting up in Wausau, WI. I'm sure all of us in the central Wisconsin area would love to check out a store that specializes in our sort of media. They're looking for some public feedback, so be sure to leave them a comment on their Facebook page or wall telling them why they would be good for the local Wausau community!
